This update improves the ability for third party vendors to perform reservation lookups via the IDS API.

Highlights

  • All third party vendors will now be able to perform reservation lookups using the existing functionality of telephone number, and will additionally be able to use mobile phone numbers and external IDs or PMS IDs.

Full Notice

Currently, reservation lookups in IDS are supported using PhoneTechType=1, or the CRS ID. This update adds support for other search parameters, including:

  • Mobile Phone

  • ExternalID

  • PMS ID

 

Upon the update on February 15th, 2023, the IDS API will accept :
