Apaleo On-Boarding for Wave RMS

What Data will be shared between Apaleo and Wave? 

  • Reservations (Including CheckIn/Out and No-show) PMS to Wave 

  • Rate Recommendations from Wave to PMS 

  • Restrictions from Wave to PMS  

  • Group Blocks PMS to Wave  

  • Oversell Limits Wave to PMS 

  • Folio PMS to Wave 

Any hotel wishing to connect Apaleo with Wave RMS must first have an agreement in place, and configuration completed on the SHR side before connecting. Clicking Connect before configuration is done on the Wave product side could result in the Hotel needing to redo the connectivity steps. Please follow steps below depending on which category pertains to your account with SHR.  

No Current Agreement with SHR and/or Wave?

If you do not yet have an agreement with SHR for Wave and/or our WindsurferCRS then please complete the Contact Us form at https://shr.global/contact/ and appropriate Business Development Manager will contact you to discuss pricing, terms, and solution. Once the agreement is in place, an implementation project will be started, and our team will work with you to connect the App in the Apaleo store. Your account must be configured on the SHR/Wave side before Connecting from the App Store. 

Current Agreement with Wave RMS

If you are already a current customer and have already signed the agreement for Wave and have not yet been contacted regarding connecting the applications, please reach out to our support department at support@shr.global for assistance.

Troubleshooting or Support Assistance

If you need help with the Wave App once all configuration is completed or have general questions, please reach out to support@shr.global for assistance.

Disconnecting Apaleo and Wave RMS 

If you no longer wish to use the Wave Application or have it connected to the PMS, please reach out to your Client Success Manager or support@shr.global to discuss. The services must be disabled on the Windsurfer/Wave side before disconnecting in Apaleo to avoid error messages.
