Additional IBE Services

The fees for any additional booking engine services and upgrades are reflected in the list below. For any additional information, please contact implementations@shr.global.
For any client interested in adding multiple IBE services, please reach out to the implementations team to discuss any available discounts.

 

POP UPS 

Cost: $750 (Starting January 2023, the cost will increase to $825)
Includes the initial implementation/testing (3 hours) and an additional 2 hours for requested changes/adjustments.

CUSTOM BANNER/MESSAGE

Cost:  $75 (Starting January 2023, the cost will increase to $100)
​​​​​​​Includes implementation of banner/message – font, color, hyperlinks & spacing. (1 hour) 
​​​​​Since the marketing message offered under Marketing > Messages only shows on the booking engine when there is availability, the custom banner/message option will display the desired message at the top of the booking engine despite the availability.​​​​​​​

Requirements:

  • Message content

  • Font color

  • Background color

 

ALTERNATIVE CHECK OUT PAGE

Cost: $150 (Starting January 2023, the cost will increase to $165)
The alternate check out page will flip the summary/details and the guest information. (1 Hour)

FLEX FILTER BOOKING ENGINE

Cost: $3,000 (initial implementation) (Starting January, 2023 the cost will increase to $3,300)
Cost: $300 (update/add/remove filters) (Starting January, 2023 the cost will increase to $330)
Includes the implementation of the building/room filter, assignment of rooms to the appropriate filter and filter photo (4 hours)
​​​This concept is simply a “filter” that al-lows you to choose what rooms you want based on the filter applied. You could use images, buttons, whatever you want to use to filter through the room types, as long as the room type names are specified as outlined in this document.

Requirements:

  • Name of Hotel

  • CRS ID

  • Category names

  • Which room types should belong in each category

  • Room type names should include a key word that will be used to pull back the desired room types when the category is selected.

  • Photos for each Category

RATE FILTER

Cost:  $600 (Starting January 2023, the cost will increase to $660)
This concept is simply a filter that allows you to choose what rates you would like to display in the availability search.

IBE WIDTH & PHOTO UPGRADE

Cost:  $150/hr (Starting January, 2023 the cost will increase to $165/hr)
This option will widen the body of the booking engine and allow for bigger photo sizes for rates and room types.

BIGGER CALENDAR

Cost:  $450 (Starting January 2023, the cost will increase to $495)
Includes the replacement of the original calendar with the bigger calendar and customization of colors/fonts.  (3 hours)

HOTEL GROUP BRANDING

Cost:  $150/hr (Starting January, 2023 the cost will increase to $165/hr)
Chain level branding created for specific hotel groupings- this can have the same design as the chain level branding or a new look and feel can be created for specific hotel groupings.
